Mezzanine floors in Carlisle
If you run a warehouse, factory or trade unit in Carlisle, we can survey, design and install a mezzanine floor, or alter, inspect or move an existing one. We plan Carlisle jobs from Birmingham, about 167 miles away, and group surveys across the North West.
Mezzanine work in Carlisle
Distribution sheds around Carlisle often run out of floor before they run out of height. A storage mezzanine over packing, returns or small-parts picking can add hundreds of square metres without a move, with pallet gates placed where forklifts already work.
In older buildings in Carlisle, we survey existing floors and structure closely before designing a mezzanine, because slab thickness and column positions are rarely on record.

Planning a mezzanine in Carlisle
Before a survey in Carlisle, it helps to measure the clear height from the floor to the underside of the roof steel, note where doors, racking and lights sit, and decide what will go on the new level. With those three facts we can tell you quickly whether a mezzanine suits the building.
Older and town-centre sites in Carlisle can have tight access, so we plan steel lengths, delivery times and the route through the building before anything is fabricated.
Nearest towns we also cover: Kendal (40 miles), Newcastle upon Tyne (52 miles), Morpeth (53 miles).
