The data controller for this website is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company number 16703925), Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. Mezzanine Floors UK is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group, which carries out the work you enquire about.
What we collect
When you use our forms, guide-price tool, phone, email, WhatsApp or live chat we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, site postcode and details of the work. Our website host keeps standard server logs.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote and carry out work you ask for (steps before a contract, and contract). To keep records and manage our business (legitimate interests). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms; live chat is provided by Tawk.to; WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Enquiries may be shared within the S&K Group and with subcontractors carrying out your job. Some providers process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
We only use optional analytics cookies if you click Accept on our cookie banner; nothing analytical loads before that. The live chat widget may set its own functional cookies when it loads. You can change your choice by clearing this site's storage in your browser.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to work we carry out are kept for as long as needed for contractual, warranty and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@mezzaninefloorsuk.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
