Mezzanine Floors UK is the mezzanine business of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group, based in Great Barr, Birmingham. We design, get Building Regulations approval for, and install mezzanine floors, offices and platforms across Great Britain.
How we work
Every job starts with a survey and a written quote that names the load rating, deck, stairs, gates and fire protection. Work is contracted with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd and carried out by our installation teams and specialist subcontractors working under our supervision, so you have one contract and one point of contact.
We design each mezzanine to the load you will actually put on it, check that the floor slab can carry the columns, and manage Building Regulations approval through to the completion certificate. We hand over drawings, calculations, certificates and a load notice for your building records.
