Retail mezzanine floors across Gloucestershire: free survey, structural design, Building Regulations approval and a fixed written quote. A retail mezzanine adds sales floor, stockroom or staff space inside a shop or retail warehouse.
Retail mezzanine floors for Gloucestershire businesses
Many Gloucester businesses with an industrial unit want their office next to the operation. A fire-protected mezzanine office does that in weeks, with glazing looking over the floor. In the factories and engineering works around Gloucester, mezzanines often carry parts stores, tooling and offices above the line, and plant platforms give safe access for maintenance.
Typical work we price in Gloucestershire includes mezzanine offices in industrial units, plant platforms and production-floor mezzanines, stockroom and sales-floor mezzanines. Gloucestershire is in the South West, around 48 miles from our Birmingham base on average.

Questions people ask
Do you cover all of Gloucestershire?
Yes. We provide retail mezzanine floors across Gloucestershire, including Gloucester and Cheltenham, and nearby areas such as Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Bristol.
How quickly can you build a mezzanine office in Gloucester?
After design and approval, the steel and fire protection usually take one to two weeks on site, and partitions, ceilings and services two to four more depending on size.
Can customers use a mezzanine floor?
Yes, when it is designed for public use. That means crowd loading, suitable stairs and balustrades, and fire protection and escape routes approved by Building Control.
Can you install while the store stays open?
Yes. We work overnight or out of hours and phase the build around fixtures, so the shop can keep trading.
