Questions people ask
Do you cover all of East Sussex?
Yes. We provide mezzanine offices across East Sussex, including Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings, and nearby areas such as West Sussex, Kent and Surrey.
Will a mezzanine cope with coastal air near Hastings?
We specify galvanised steel and suitable finishes where buildings see damp or salty air.
Is planning permission needed for a mezzanine office?
Usually not, because it is internal work, but Building Regulations approval is required. Check your lease, and the council if the building is listed or the change alters how the building is used.
How long does a mezzanine office take?
Structure and fire protection usually take one to two weeks on site after fabrication; partitions, ceilings and services typically add two to four weeks depending on size.
